Qualifications and Education Requirements
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Elder Law, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Relevant experience could include drafting estate plans, Medicaid planning, estate settlement, special needs planning, and tax matters. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school, and be in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar Association.
Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking are important. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter and able to work well independently and within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
